Low and high fidelity prototypes are indispensable in the constructive design research practice. I’ve built mock-ups and props of ideas, interactions and experiences to facilitate conversations, role plays and tests throughout the process.
Conceptual and Functional Mockups
Rough prototypes, such as this paper phone and screens, help us test specific features with users to see how they interact with and evaluate them. I’ve also created adcepts, experience storyboards and UI mock-ups to communicate and test the value and understanding of concepts.
We developed a concept for a sophisticated vaporium—a blend of retail vape store and lounge—for the US market. The concept included a subscription model and vaping starter kit, which I prototyped to test how it would function, and to generate buy-in with the client organisation.
