I’ve created and led design workshops for a range of audiences: clients, users, and peers. I use a mix of experience design and facilitation skills to plan productive sessions, design generative activities, and ensure collaborative group dynamics.
Part of the innovation process is bringing clients along for the ride. I’ve created design workshops for clients across levels, helping them explore opportunity areas, listen to users, and quickly generate ideas and design propositions. In addition to achieving the session’s goals, I help them internalise the importance of design thinking in innovation.
I’ve planned and recruited for co-creation sessions and focus groups that draw out needs and feedback from users along the design journey. People need a comfortable environment to help them share candid perspectives, so I facilitate open discussion and plan fun activities to get the best insights from users.
I’ve taught my peers in design thinking methods and process in both team settings and formal onboarding training across a wider organisation—covering topics like user research, idea generation, rapid prototyping, and visual design fundamentals. I can play both front-of-room speaking and floating facilitator roles.
